We woke up somewhat late again although the rest was nice. We got up to go see Doktor Koch. I was hooked up to an EKG, had my heartbeat & lungs listened to, and got that delightful wooden stick pushed down my throat. In the end he seemed perplexed so I suggested that anxiety might be the cause and he prescribed two things which we picked up at eine Apotheke (pharmacy)... they were a homeopathic medicine dysto-loges and Insidon which has Opipramol (some German medicine). Both have Braille on the cover for all the blind people out there, which seems like a relatively smart thing to do.

Die Medizin (The medicines)
After the Doktor visit, we stopped into eine Bäckerei (bakery) for some delicious pastries. Unfortunately I did not capture the wondrous splendour of my Shokocroissant (chocolate croissant) in a picture. I also got some sparkling water of which there are plentiful supplies in Germany - it seems harder to find normal mineral water.

Spritzig Wasser (sparkling water)
When we got back, I figured out how to use my phone and talked to meine Eltern (parental units). We went to Ashley's friends dorm to grill on the roof.

Anthonys Decke (Anthony's roof) with Anthony flipping me off on the left, Kat, Tracy, and three friends of Daniel (the barely visible, partly bald dude on the right)
After that, we went downtown to get some Eis (icecream). When we got down there, the Turkey vs. Croatia Fußball spiel (soccer game) was just ending and Turkey won by penalty kicks. There are a large amount of Turkish people in Göttingen so people were honking their horns and shouting "Olé olé" and "Turkei!" over and over for over an hour. People kept running by shouting, wearing Turkish flags as capes, and waving whatever red pieces of cloth they had. Eventually, Tracy & Kat came downtown and we went into a bar to play some darts and pool.

Deutsche Liebe (German love)

Ein Bild für Tasha (a picture for Tasha)
I've never had this attention directed to me - perhaps its the combination of a nice trip and being sick... Either way, all of my fans will have to wait for a couple days for an update. We are going to Hamburg tomorrow for two days so sit tight.

As a father, I am feeling much better after speaking to Ben on his cell (actually Ashley's cell with his Simm Card!). I'm also glad that Ben is feeling better! Looks like you guys are off to Hamburg tomorrow.....ENJOY!
SO glad you're better and we can communicate! Have a Hamburg for me :) !

Hopefully Ashley's phone will retain a charge better than mine.
